cbaj Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cbaj ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the cbaj platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus offers and financial transactions provided on the https://cbaj.cam website.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms shall take precedence.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Deposited funds will be returned only to the payment method from which the deposit was made. In the case of any suspicious transaction, cbaj reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal until the verification process is complete.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Rules regarding the bonuses and promotional offers available on cbaj:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gaming.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• cbaj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

06 Gaming Rules

Compliance with the following general rules for conducting gaming activity on the cbaj platform is mandatory:

• All games are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that ensures fair and transparent outcomes.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet amount will be returned to the account.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.
• If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of any game, cbaj's system log will be treated as the final evidence.
• Using external software, bots or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaj platform and, if discovered, may result in immediate account termination:

• Impersonating another user or providing false information.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Abusive, threatening or hostile behaviour towards cbaj staff.
• Colluding with other users against the interests of those users.

If such activities are discovered, cbaj reserves the right to confiscate all deposited and winnings amounts and to notify the relevant authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

cbaj gives responsible gaming the highest priority. We believe gaming should be for entertainment, not as a source of income.

• Users may request to set their own deposit limits, session time limits or a temporary account suspension.
